APARTMENTS AVAILABLE IN JUNE- CHECK BACK LATER
We are expecting several apartments to be available in mid-June. We will update the booking link and webpage when the apartment is available or remove it from the list if circumstances change. There is no set date in June for when the apartments will be ready. It will depend on when the tenants check out, how much work there is to do in the apartment, and the order we work on them.
765 W Ray Rd - An Age 55+ Community
Apartment 2 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in an age 55+ community, at least one tenant living in the unit must be 55 years old or older. It has tile floors, an enclosed back patio, and one assigned covered parking space. There is a coin operated laundry room on the property. Rent is $1280 a month. Deposit is $1000.
